How to Play Family Feud Game
The whole game is divided into two sections. One section is called Normal Rounds while the other is called Fast Money.
Normal Rounds
Choose one person to be the game’s “host.” The host is the only person who can see the answers and questions. Now, split the rest of the players into two teams. For every question, one player from each team will be chosen to hear the question first.
Those players will have one chance to answer the question. The team of the player, that gets to start the round, should score the answer with the most points. In order, players from that team guess one at a time. Whenever an answer overlaps with a previous answer, the player will be asked by the host to guess again.
If an answer is too vague, the player will be asked by the host to be more specific. An incorrect answer earns the team a strike. If a team guesses all the answers before earning 3 strikes, the total value of their answers is added to their score.
The other team has one chance to guess a remaining answer after 3 strikes. If they guess correctly, they get to keep all of the points of the correct answers given by the other team.
Fast Money
After the first three rounds, the winning team chooses two players to leave the room. One player that comes back in, is given the 5 Fast Money questions. They only have one chance to answer each question. Add up the total for the answers that were correct.
Then the second player, who left the room, returns and answers the questions in the same way. If the second player duplicates an answer, they must guess again. Add up this person’s total. This is some interesting way to get some funny answers.
The team is announced as the ultimate winner if they both combine to get to 200 points. This round is usually timed ( 1 minute-60 seconds), and has the capacity to really put the people on the spot!
